Q – Do you shoot every wedding or do you have other people working with you?
A – We shoot every single wedding. When you hire us, you get us!
Q – Can I create my own custom package?
A – Of course! We created our Wedding menu so it’s easy for you to add on what ever you wish. We only book full day weddings on Saturdays. If you have a Firday or Sunday wedding you may book us hourly or the full day!
Q – Do you give discounts on off seasons or Sundays?
A – We do not discount our prices. We work just as hard on every wedding we shoot and that’s how we create our prices. We hope you’ll hire us because of our photography, not because we gave you a discount.
Q – Could just one of you come shoot our wedding?
A – We do not shoot weddings alone. We work together to nail the shot, there's no reason not to have the two of us!
Q – What kind of equipment do you use?
A – We both use high end Canon DSLR cameras with a handful of lenses ranging from a 15mm fisheye to a 200mm zoom lens. We also have an assortment of lighting we bring along.
Q – Do you have backup equipment incase something breaks?
A – Absolutely! Any photographer that calls themselves a pro should bring backup equipment, they would be crazy not to!
Q – Are you insured?
A – Yes!
Q – How long does it take until we can see our images online?
A – We try to get your photos into your wedding gallery within 7-14 days, sometimes it does take a little longer, but that's rare. We work hard to ensure each and every photo is worthy of being a giant print on your wall, so this process takes time, be patient, it’ll be worth it!
Q – How long until we get our disc of images?
A – Your disc is available shortly after we put up your online gallery. In most cases we'll mail it to you so you get it as fast as possible.
Q – After we pick our images for the wedding album, how long does it take for us to get it?
A – We like to design your album with the highest standards, so it'll take us between 3-5 weeks until we can show you a proof of the design. Printing and binding of your custom album takes roughly 4 weeks.
Q – Do you really edit ALL of our images?
A – YES! Every image you receive will be color corrected, sharpened and enhanced! We include a bunch of artistic edits as well in EVERY wedding package. As I mentioned before, we like to present every image as if you were to create a giant print and hang it on your wall to display to the world!
Q – What are the artistic edits exactly?
A – Our artistic and stylized imagery include but are not limited to HDR images, textured images, sepia tones and black & white images.
Q – So how do we book you?
A – Ask our availability first, if we are still available, you'll need to fill out our contract and send us the retainer. We book up to 2 years in advance, so email us now, don't wait!
Q – What type of payments do you accept?
A – We accept checks, cash, and major credit cards.
